Argentix Informatics Inc. has expertise in many areas of healthcare IT.
This is only a partial list of our services, so please contact us to discuss other needs.
Deploying Enterprise Imaging (EI) solutions in an organization present technical and governance opportunities to providers as well as vendors including choosing from multiple technical standards, selecting departments and modalities to integrate, managing multiple patient and provider identities, ensuring local PACS are synchronized with VNAs, and identifying actionable metrics. Argentix Informatics can help providers and vendors make the right choices.
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Are you ready to productize your model? Integrating AI models into clinical workflows and real-world use can be challenging. Leverage our expertise in anonymization, reporting, workflow, cloud computing and security to accellerate your product development.
Encounter-based imaging—such as POCUS (point-of-care ultrasound), dermatology, wound care, endoscopy, and more—are not driven by imaging orders like traditional Radiology workflows. Many devices used in these settings are not DICOM-compatible. Argentix Informatics can help vendors and providers to navigate these new challenges.
New Imaging “-ologies” and Modalities
Digital Imaging is seeing increasing uptake in fields such as Pathology and Ophthalmology. Use of patient-specific 3D printing is expanding. New imaging modalities and techniques such as multi-energy CT and quantitative imaging are emerging. Let us work with you to unleash the potential of these new practice areas and modalities.
Standards Selection, Profiling & Development
With extensive experience in multiple healthcare IT standards development organizations and trade associations, Argentix Informatics can work with you to select the most relevant standards, implementation guides, and profiles for your healthcare IT project; or, we can lead the development of new specifications to improve data interoperability.
Whether you are looking to improve your clinical workflows, or give your development team a headstart implement a new technology, Argentix Informatics can provide training on a variety of topics including HL7 FHIR, DICOM, and IHE profiles such as XDS. Training will be customized to your organization and audience, and can be presented in-house or online.
Testing & Assessment
Increasingly, healthcare IT vendors are being asked about IT standards testing, conformity, and certification. Argentix Informatics can help guide your team through: IHE Connectathon; IHE Conformity Assessment; RSNA Image Share Validation; and more. We can assist vendors and provider organizations to develop in-house testing programs.
Documentation & RFPs
If you’re a vendor wanting to produce a DICOM Conformance Statement (DCS), IHE Integration Statement, or HL7 Interface Specification for your new product; or, if you are trying to understand the documents provided by your vendor, we can help. Argentix Informatics can also assist your organization prepare or respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for healthcare IT procurements.
Custom Software Development
Argentix Informatics can provide software development and product management for your next project. We have experience creating regulated medical software, but our expertise goes beyond than that. From small projects to large, contact us to discuss your development needs.
Privacy & Security
A malicious or accidental disclosure of patient information entrusted to your organization could result in government penalties, lawsuits, reputational damage, and more. Argentix Informatics can advise how to use industry standards and best practices to protect patient and organizational information.
Healthcare IT Integration & Implementation
Unfortunately, in many cases, it’s still difficult to get various healthcare systems and devices to exchange information. Argentix Informatics is available to assist with your healthcare IT integration and implementation needs.
Together we succeed
At Argentix Informatics Inc., we believe that we do better by working together. That philosophy applies both to our relationship with you, and to enabling better exchange of healthcare information.
We want you and your project to succeed, and will endeavor to help you acheive that. We want to understand your unique challenges and environment, and will design a solution tailored to you.
We work with clinicians, provider organizations, healthcare IT vendors, and industry associations to design standards-based solutions to improve healthcare interoperability and improving information sharing. We believe that this leads to lower healthcare costs, and better patient outcomes.
Here’s what our clients say:
Elliot’s FHIR training was the perfect thing to get our team excited and educated about this new standard. His knowledge of the standard was obvious and his enthusiasm contagious. Product management and product development both came away with a better understanding of FHIR and a clear sense of where the industry is heading.
Our fast growing AI diagnostics company continued to reach bottlenecks because of a lack of knowledge and practical experience navigating the compliance and technical issues inherent in any DICOM compliant product. Elliot was quickly able to bring us up to speed and help navigate our development effort through its various related challenges.
Throughout the engagement, Elliot demonstrated his strong understanding of the DICOM standard and IHE Radiology profiles (particularly the AI Results profile), and radiology workflows. He was courteous, clear, and able to guide and educate our team. I would look forward to working with Elliot again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others looking for DICOM interoperability expertise.
